I own the AN8 'Fatal1ty' motherboard, and I've had nothing but problems
with the 'Dual OTES' fans. Whenever I attempt to change the multiplier
or clock speed, or update the BIOS, they quit working. Now, I know the
little bastards are functional, as they've been working for the past
couple months. However, I just updated the BIOS, and you guessed it,
the twin bastards aren't functional. Any idea what the problem could be?

Has anyone else experienced any problems with the 'duel OTES' fans?

Hi.

I’m italian. sorry for my english...

I have the same problem but i find some information about it.

Dual otes fans are managed by the uguru chip mounted on the mobo.
These fans spins up only when the system become too hot.

bye.
Filippo.
