An easy way is to buy em the first time, then use (default) F2 each round,
and it will attempt to buy your last equipment.

All the same binds that work in CS should work in CS:S I think, take a look
at some of the sites, if not someone will correct me (I dont use any binds
myself).

In console, bind <key> buy <item>. So

bind kp_end "buy m4a1"

You can string them together to buy equivalent items, or keep buying stuff
till you run out of money -

bind kp_end "buy m4a1; buy ak47; buy vesthelm; buy defuser"

Type just "buy" to get a list of available items
