Hi
Im a recent convert to PocketPC from Palm and I am loving my XDA II
(Pocket PC v 4.20.0). However I recently installed then removed some
applications. But they wont go! I can't see them from remove
program, or file explorer, but when i click on the program window, the
applications are still there, with the right names but "hollow" ie
just generic app icons.
Any help in getting rid of these annoying glitches would be greatly
appreciated - btw already tried a hard reset and loading back a
backup...but the backup contains them to!

To get rid of leftover icon use your file explorer to navigate to your PDA's
Windows\Start Menu directory. There you have all the icons. Find the ones
that lead to uninstalled apps and delete them.

it sounds like it's just the icons that are remaining. You can delete those
from Windows\Start Menu\Programs.
