I had a problem with my CDRW. I was standing in PIO mode. I tried to solve
that by uninstaling the primary IDE-channel. After i have rebooted the
system XP fail to install the driver code 28. It says " cant koppy to the
specified folder" i think it tries to copy atapi.sys to
C:/windows/system32/drivers

What shall I do??

Magnus, if you can get into Safe Mode you can try a System Restore from
there.

try "Add new hardware"

right click on My Computer/properties

click on "Hardware" tab
click "add new hardware" button
click "next"
check "Yes, I have..."
click "next"
scroll down the list to "primary IDE Channel" and highlight
click "next"
