I did a fresh install on a new HD and when re-installing,
all my applications come up with the error "Cannot
install.. file is corrupt. Please check integrity..."
These files were fine before and since its happening to
every one, I don't think it is to do with the .exe's
anyway. Just to be safe- I ran them through Norton AV 2004
with the latest patches and also ran AdAware 6. But it
happens on Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Flash, etc. Doesn't
matter what the app is.
Its a fresh system. What could be wrong? I bought the new
drive b/c I thought there was errors on appeared on my old
HD and I thought the HD was corrupt- but that wasn't the
case at all I now find. I am dumbfounded. Please help! I
am at a loss.

Are you hard drives running at reasonable temperatures. Maybe you need to
add some additional fans to assure proper ventilation.
