My mouse keeps, jumping all over my desktop, and when it

Put your mouse on Valium.

If that isn't possible, scan for viruses. There are people,
often friends or children in the house, who install a "joke"
on the computer as an April Fool's prank. Try a search for
such pranks on Google. Also look at the Task manager to see
if a service process is running that might be causing this
behavior.
