I recently heard of the new 'tilt-wheel' feature that was introduced by Microsoft, and I this news excited me and made me go out and buy one... I have installed the included software that comes in the box (IntelliPoint 5.0) and I have this software installed on 2 different computers. (Just as a note I bought two of these mouses) Apparently since I've installed these mouses, I haven't been able to get the Tilt Wheel to work on neither of my computers. I'm rather frusterated and have tried a variety things such as:

-Uninstalling the software and mouse driver and reinstalling with a fresh new installation
-Switched mouses around between the different computers to see if the mouses are faulty
-Tried this software under Windows XP Pro and Home (both still don't let me use the tilt-wheel feature)
-Went under the device manager and had windows assume mouse wheel was present then tried the other option detect wheel (which made no difference)

At this point I've run out of ideas... I'm assuming both mouses couldn't possibly be faulty and not have this features work, so now I'm guessing that it's this software that comes with the Mouse, (I've tried downloading the software from the Microsoft website as well to see if there were any differences) and as far as I could tell there were none. So basically I feel I've been screwed over. The Vertical mouse scroll works like always, but I haven't been able to get the horizontal scroll to work... Any suggestions?

Thanks.
