Well, here goes the confession: A few months ago, I decided to do the
upgrade. Bought an ATI 850xt, an AMD64 3500+ 90nm CPU, new PSU, a
bunch of cool stuff, and,,,,a DFI NF4 SLI-DR mainboard (After several
flawless years with Abit). Seems I couldn't resist all the cool
features of this mainboard, SLI, Dual Lan, 8x sata, all kinds of
goodies. Well, after several months, it seems I just can't get this
mainboard reliable. It's fairly stable at stock speeds, but every
couple on months, I get loss of satbility, eventually drive corruption
and have to re-install. I can't get it to work at all with 2 peices of
corsait 1gig xms sticks (Works with 1 though, either one)...anyways...
I'm looking at the AN8, is there anything I should be aware of? I see
what seems like a large number of complaints of DOA boards, anyone
have any ideas?
