I have a newly installed AN8 motherboard. Onboard USB ports 1 & 2 both work
just fine. I used the included bracket to add ports 3 & 4 and neither one
do a thing. It's like they are not even connected.

I reflashed the BIOS with version 17 & physically double-checked the cable
connection to the mobo. No luck.

Any ideas?

Hi,

Have you tried unistalling the USB ports listed in the Device Manager, then
re-booting to let Windows re-dicover the ports from fresh?
