I have an MX4GVR board
BIOS 1.14
Intel Northwood P4 2.8 Ghz chip
The clock ratio is set in the BIOS at 14
It seems like I cannot change it so the chip is running at only 1.8 Ghz

Anyone out there have any ideas, suggestions, solutions ?

Many Thanks

steve

Have you checked the bus speed frequency? It seems yours is set to 133
MHz, which would get approx. 1.8 GHz. It should be set to 200 MHz
(x14=2800 MHz, or 2.8 GHz.)
