Just curious as to whether anyone knows of a Dvorak keyboard driver
that shifts the layout to a standard keyboard when a modifier key is
pressed. Most shortcut keystrokes are real efficient with the standard
keyboard layout, and are a real pain when using Dvorak with a standard
keyboard (since the keys are unmarked).

For instance, all of the cut/copy/paste/undo keys are real easy to use
with a standard keyboard layout and your left hand, but with dvorak,
pressing Ctrl+C [normal layout key locations would be Ctrl+I] is about
as difficult hitting Ctrl+Alt+Delete.

It'd be nice if there were a driver that allowed the keyboard to work
as Dvorak except for when a modifier (such as Control or Alt) is
active.
