running winxp w/ie6. Downloaded latedt software from web
site. Buttons do not respond to commands. Have re-
installed software, still n/g. What do i need to do to get
mouse working properly? thanks

You are plugged in using USB? Open device manager and
remove the trackball. Unplug the trackball and leave it
unplugged.
Reboot, then plug it back in the port.
