I've installed windows XP professional in 1 partation and
windows 2003 server in another partation.

My speaker is not working when i use windows XP
professional, but it works when I use windows 2003 server.

Then I formated the whole hard disk and re intalled XP
(prof)agian but still it does'nt work.

I'm very confuse thinking what might have gone wrong, even
my Bios setup is perfect.

pls help and guide me,
regards,
Faesal.

Could be you don't have XP drivers installed for your sound system. Go to
the web site of the manufacturer and see if they have posted XP drivers.
