Hi,
I want to play CS on my LAN and have the retail version of Half-Life 2. Is
it possible to do this with only one CD? Someone has suggested that I get
the non-retail version and I can install it on any PC I want. I can however
only find updates to non-retails versions, not the full install itself. ANy
help appreciated guys.

There's a hacked version of CS:Source around which runs independant of steam
and works very nicely on LAN. I don't know a url for it but there were some
hits doing an emule search on razorback.
