MSI 865PE Neo2 Motherboard had a NorthBridge chipset and fan problem but is
being replaced by supplier with a new MSI 865PE Neo2 Motherboard. No change
from the original installation with the Intel 3.0GHz CPU , ATX Power Supply,
SATA, Corsair DDR, or e-GeForce FX 5700Ultra.
Will it all work properly if I plug it all back into the new MSI 865PE Neo2
Motherboard or is will it be best to reformat and clean install Windows XP.
Please advise if I am not asking the right questions.

Windows XP should boot right up if the new motherboard
is virtually identical to the faulty one. Make sure the BIOS
settings are virtually the same also.
