Master drive is not recognizing slave drive

Hard drives have jumper on then in order to tell the drive electronics
whethe or not the drive is to be used as a Master or Slave drive. Some
drives also have a jumper to tell the Master drive that it should look for a
Slave drive.

Jen, if the drive with XP is formatted with NTFS then NO you can't see it
from a FAT32 Drive.
