Does anybody know why my w2K after 3 times installed the same card, each time shows as a car number n+1 (3com ethernet ...#3 and properties are still recognized on them by W2K. How can i kill those hidden devices?

they arent hidden. i think it is a bug with the 3 com nics and windows. i have seen it many times. i have no explaination.

my computer is so fast, it completes an endless loop in less than 4 seconds!

did you put it in a different PCI slot?
