Inkjet Printer For Cardstock Printing

Hi. I produce a card game that uses color printing on cardstock. I
am looking for an inkjet or color laser printer that has the following
characteristics:

1) Excellent registration.
2) The ability to easily handle heavy (>100 lb) cardstock that is
coated on one or both sides.
3) A paper tray (that can handle cardstock) that holds at least 100
sheets of cardstock.
4) Cheap consumables/compatibility with cheap refills.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
