Hello, All!

How do i enable DMA on my new CDR 52 speed drive and 40Gb hard drive, i have
tried checking the boxes within Win98SE device manager but after reboot, it
just goes unchecked

any ideas anyone?

The CD i got with the mainboard has no drivers for the IDE side of things,
only the AGP and sound, i have installed all of these and to no avail,
currently it takes approx 20 mins to write 700Mb onto a CDR, if it makes it
to the end without crashing

I have tried 4 different medias, 2 different drives, and the SIS IDE drivers
and 4 lots of CDR burning software, and still it fails miserably
