Panasonic handset manager problem

Can anyone help?, ive just got a panasonic x70 mobile
phone and have installed the handset manager software and
driver, when i connect the phone to the usb cable win xp
pro shuts down pc and restarts saying ive recovered from
a serious error, ive checked the driver is installed
correctly and it seems ok, panasonic have not been very
helpful so wondered if any of you guys may know. ps the
driver that came with the phone is not digitally signed.

yes ive downloaded the latest handset manager from
panasonicmobile.com still wont work.

Generally this problem starts from virus or trojans issues. Run avast, AVG or kaspersky antivirus clean your system and your cell phone also but dont take to backup of your all data including cell phone.

Then install your updated handset manager.
