Best(cheapest) Place to get PIII MB for Mom's Computer

I'm looking for a PIII MB to Upgrade(yes,upgrade!!!) my moms computer.
I have an old PIII cpu but need an old cheap MB. She has a Celeron 533 that was given to her. Where should I look for for something cheap??
