have recently had several glitches in system prbably due
to low memory but problem now is that when i access
control panel i can't get any of the cntets to open
specifically add/remove programmes-all that happens is
that when clicked i get a half secnd view of the window
then it returns to control panel again would appreciate
any suggestions
