Greetings --

Rudimentary USB support was first introduced into Microsoft
operating systems with Win95 OSR2, but didn't really become a viable
option until Win98 was released.

In order for USB to work on WFWG3.11, it would first have to work
in MS-DOS. I'm aware of no USB device manufacturer who provides any
MS-DOS USB drivers, but there may be some. At any rate, the existence
of USB support for WFWG3.11 would be up to each individual USB device
manufacturer, who would have to provide the drivers necessary.

Generally speaking, USB wasn't supported until Windows 98.
You might try Google for drivers that will work under DOS
and/or W 3.11.

You might be better served by buying a new computer.
