I would give 100 to a charity to clear my concience, spend 300 on shopping and go for drinks with friends with the other 100...

...of course finding $400 would be kinda hard for me, cos i'm in England.

I would go spend the money on a GeForce 3 myself--I already have a RAID. Or maybe a second UPS for my "white-trash server room."

My nextdoor neighbour found a wallet once with a couple of hundred quid in it, while delivering headstones to a graveyard (he makes them). He rang the cops and reported it, and then rang the local radio station to advertise it.
An hour later he was arrested at the graveyard and detained overnight on theft charges.
Obviously he was cleared of all charges, and had the radio station for backup, but he managed to sew the state for £250,000 in damages. God those cops are dumb.

I think you can sue them for anything rediculous. Like if they are too rough when they handcuff you. "emotional damages" can be won too, especially if u are a minority.

Well, neither of these things would be my first choice either, but I posted the poll to find out what the forum thought would be a better way to spend some money on storage for your system. I'm having a discussion with someone in another thread about what is smarter.

I wonder what would happen if you put chamber at the end with some razors running across it on the inside to cut the potato up as it's fired... It'd be cool if it didn't hinder the projectile speed much. It'd be a spud shotgun. :) You'd just need a vat of boiling vegetable oil as the target and you could have some really fast fries.

Ah, but not if you devided a compressed-air launching system. :) It got those tennis balls in American Gladiators pretty darn fast, so it could work for potatoes with enough innovation.
