P4C800, AI connection wizard?

When I first used the AI connection wizard, I checked a box to disable it
(not to ask every time I plugged in a plug).

How can I re-enable this feature?

I'm running Windows XP.

Open the soundmax mixer and click preferences (the spanner), then on the
general tab select "Detect new devices on startup"
