i dont hav pc safe gurad feature

You could try PC security, but im not sure what the pricing is on it

What exactly are you trying to do? What is the threat you're trying to guard against?
Most of the time it's easy to just take the hard drive out of a PC and use it in another system to gain access to files and bypass any security you've set up in your system.
