I am having major problems with the Monitor continually refreshing.

I have an older MB an Asus A7A266 with an ASUS 95200FX Graphics card. I have
tried this with three monitor and I get this Refresh problem over and over
again. I have Re-installed Windows with NO joy.

ANY help appreciated please.

Sound like a problem with your graphics card. Try
alt.comp.periphs.videocards.ati

I had this problem with my ASUS v9280 Video Suite. It can be caused by the
card overheating. You get a monitoring program called "SmartDoctor" with the
card. One of the settings (overheat protection) causes the card cool down by
slowing the GPU and RAM, thus causing the card to click and refresh.

I fixed my problem by replacing the fan and heat sinks on the card.
