In the US, this operation is pretty big, and yet they only stock
five accessories for Asus motherboards:

http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduct.asp?submit=manufactory&catalog=142&manufactory=1315&DEPA=0&sortby=14&order=1

Try searching for the terms "usb2.0/game asus" in your favorite
search engine, to get something closer to your country.

Alternately, contact Asus tech support and ask if they sell
accessories and who to talk to. Apparently in some countries,
Asus sells the accessory kits that includes all the stuff
that comes with a motherboard, and if you order a kit for
a motherboard model that normally ships with a game/midi
port, you could get the bracket that way. For example, a
P4P800-E Deluxe comes with a USB2.0/Game bracket, so if you
ordered the whole set of accessories for that board from
Asus, that might do the job. Should be about $25US or so
and will leave you with lots of spare cables :)

(Box contents for P4P800-E Deluxe listed here on page 16)
