Had Virus, still having problems

Archived from groups: microsoft.public.windowsxp.hardware (More info?)

I recently had the virus "hacktool.lsasssba" and I think
that I got rid of it with the help of the symantec
responce site. But I still can't use my browser to go to
the symantec web site. I always get redirected and can't
get there. I have tried to find a Hosts file on my
computer but there doesn't seem to be one. Can anyone
give me a hand? Thanks in advance.
