Have you tried uninstalling the hardware from the device
manager, then restarting the PC and let it discover all
your bluetooth devices. If it does not discover them all
go to the add hardware wizard in control panel and it
should let you discover a bluetooth device.
If you are in luck it will show up after running the
wizard for initialisation
I had the same problem with the microsoft mouse and that
is what I did

I have a wireless microsoft mouse and it has a small button underneath the
mouse that you must press with a pen after you press a button on the
transmitter-reciever so they can be syncronised. Perhaps you mouse has
something similar?
