Got a sticking cursor fix?

Hello,
My mouse is gone bananas. I used disk clean up, deleted cookies, checked for updated driver, changed usb port, changed batteries, virus scan, malware scan and disabled active X controls. I don't know what to try next. Any suggestions?

well, since none of that seems to have fixed the problem, maybe you should buy a new mouse and keyboard set.
