How can i see if someone is calling me(incoming call) if i use a dialup connection to the internet?

It depends. If you have V.92 enabled modem and your Internet provider
supports V.92 standard and you have a service from a telephone company that
supports call wating, then you can. To see further how it works, please
search about V.92 on the Internet.
