Hi,

Please check in control panel if the sound is enabled. To do so follow
the steps given below.

1. CLick 'Start' go to 'Control panel'
2. Open 'Sound and Audio devices'
3. Under the 'Volume' tab you will see 'Place an icon on task bar'
4. Check this option and set the volume bars to high.
5. Check if everything in 'Speaker Volume' and 'Advanced' is all
right.

With Regards
