For third party software compatability questions, it is always best to ask
the software creators, not the OS you plan on putting it on.

It won't help, it is snake-oil. XP manages memory very
well. This product might have served a function with
Windows 95 or 98, but it is just a waste of system memory.

Save your time and money.
