How to install windows 7 64 bit on i3 processor

your processor is compatible for 64bit os, you will need to reinstall the os and choose the 64bit version if it is win7. windows vista you have to buy the correct version and the same goes for winxp.

It's easy. Just buy a copy of Windows 7 64-bit and install it. I would suggest upgrading to 4GB of RAM if possible.

If you're upgrading from XP or Vista, then just pop the CD in there and follow the prompts. If not, then start the computer with the disk in, and during the startup process, there will be a prompt to boot from the disk. Hit that, then follow the prompts.
