Computer Stops Responding (Hangs) When You Try to Bring
It out of Standby or out of Hibernation by Using a USB
Device. I have Logitech mouse and keyboard. I don't have
the Logitech software for the keyboard but I have the
Mouseware for the mouse. I am running XP SP1. Any
help? Thanks!

Go to Start > Run and type: devmgmt.msc , and hit enter.

While in Device Manager, right-click on your mouse and
select Properties. Click on the Power Management tab and
check "Allow this device to bring the computer out of standby".

You can do the same for your keyboard and other devices.
