I have an older Compaq with a CD drive and a 100Zip Drive. I have a new Gateway with a CDRW drive and a 750Zip drive. I cannot read a CD on the Compaq from the Gateway. I cannot read the 100Zip on the 750 Zip drive. Both are operating on Windows XP. Is there anything I can do to make the drives compatible?

You will have to finalise or close out the CD on the Gateway before it can
be read on the older Compaq.
