Transferring an old account...

Hello,

I had an account on the old community forums where I was "drbob" I followed the instructions in the FAQ to tranfer my account but just get the message:

Error: drbob is not active.

Please fix this, as I'd realy like my old username back (even though I haven't been here in years

PS do bugfixes in to this forum get submitted for merging back into the general phpBB code?

If you have an old account, you need to refresh your password. So try to get a new password (click on Login on top bar)... if your old email is no longer active, then PM me, and we need to resolve it manually. Also read the 'New Forumz FAQ' in red above.

In reply to phpbb, this board is based on phpnuke, and any changes are not reflected back to phpbb.

I did that already. I get the error message quoted in my initial post when I request the password for my old account. The old email is still active - I can't get the forum to send me a new password.
