Using two sound cards at once in Win7?

So Ive looked around for a while and nobody seems to have an answer thats any good.

Is there any way to get Win7 to output sound to two seperate sound cards?

The best Ive seen is to use a virtual cable program, although using it is quite the PITA.

Any registry tweaks or somthing?

Windows will only allow you to select one output as the main. Because Im looking to use a combination of an HDMI, onboard sound card and USB sound card.
