After applying all XP updates I have encountered a
problem when attempting to view the properties of any
network adapter. I receive the error message "Windows
Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We
are sorry for the inconvience."
Microsoft's knowledge base offers little help. Dell
doesn't seem to understand that it's not the adapter's
fault. It is ANY adapter, including my Wireless Adpater.
I have restored my system to the most recent restore
point to no avail. Any ideas?
