I must say, this has been one of the most humorous threads I've seen posted in a long time, on any site. (and I've been to and posted at a LOT of sites) Too bad that it's so offensive.

But honestly, I hope that you're joking here, and are FAR from serious. People have their own opinions, and they aren't divided into a few simple cliques; that's a mistake way too many people make. One's preference for processor has little to nothing to do with their political persuasion, though I suppose that for solid proof, one would have to conduct an actual scientific survey on the issue... But who would bother to fund something like that?!

Just note that a few things would throw off the results; for instance, Dell is the world's largest maker of OEM machines, and so far, they use only Intel chips. And when it comes to self-built machines, powerful AMD chips (like the Athlon64) tend to be less expensive than comparable Intel chips (like the Pentium 4) so I would think that that way, AMD would sell more. It would be a statistical nightmare to put together.
