A7V600 severe issue please help.

Got a computer with a new A7V600 and can not even get a bios beep.

done the basics already:
plugged in just the Mobo with the proc and fan hooked up
other things hooked up are the speaker connector and power switch
connector. nothing else.

Tried: fully hooked up cdrom, HD, vcard to monitor everything to no
avail.

any one hear any issues with the a7v600? there is no damage on the
mobo, checked it over and had a friend check it over too.. no visible
damage everyone just think its a bad mobo? thoughts appriciated.

Does the cpu fan even spin up?

Besides the things you have tried, a bios reset is worth the try, but dont
count on miracles.. If you have another board that uses same type of cpu &
ram, you can swap them around and find the guilty unit. I dont think there
is much else to do im afraid.
