Why wont my DC-350 Micro Innovations webcam driver load on Windows 7

I have an older Webcam: Micro Innovations DC-350 and am trying to load it onto my new computer (Windows 7) but it's not working. I've used the disk it came with and then even downloaded it from the internet and load, but each time the computer won't recognize it. Can anyone help? DO I have to go out and get a new Webcam?
