I can successfully set my FSB to 166 and my multiplier to 12.5. The
CPU is identified as a 2600+ like this. The only problem is the bios
and cpuz are telling me that my ram is only 133. I have DDR PC2100
and from what I understand, 133Mhz is the maximum for the ream. So my
questions are:

1 - Do I still get a performance benefit if I set FSB to 166? Sandra
seems to think so.

2 - Should I upgrade my ram to something capable of 166? PC3200?

Regards,
Michael

PC2100 is slow, and yeah to get max benefit from your rig throw in PC3200
which will enable you to do some fsb overclocking also up to 200 (400)fsb.
PC3200 is 200 (400)
