I have been getting fatal error, likely caused by printer
driver. I downloaded the support package sp26273.exe. For
the hp memory disc.I'm still getting fatal error. What
can I do to fix the problem. The error is
HPZid412/HPZius12. The report says Microsoft Windows the
system has recovered from a serious error. Hope someone
can help me. Thank you Mary Warren

DO NOT OMIT STEP FOUR OR YOU WILL REINSTALL THE CORRUPT DRIVER
