I got a cannon FB620U scanner and I downloaded the new drivers for windows xp and installed them ,but still can't get scanner to work. Anyone got any ideas ?????

Did you disconnect the scanner first and then install the drivers?

Did you upgrade to XP? My Canon scanner requires you to first uninstall
Win9x drivers before installing XP drivers, or it won't work...
