Check the log on the Notes server. Usually means that the mNotes agent does
not have sufficient rights to the .NSF files

Log says: "CdzUtil Replication failed."

Then goes on to give the error code noted above. I've never had this
happen before. Now just recently the company I work for has tightened
up spyware and spam filtering. I specifically asked the IS department
if something like mNotes would cause any issues and they said no. I've
tried soft reset to no avail. Would a hard reset or re-installation of
mNotes be warranted?

Is mNotes installed ocally or on the Notes server? That message usually
means that the mNotes agent does not have sufficient rights.

mNotes is installed locally. Once again I've never had trouble like
this before. Why would it start up all of a sudden now?

Hi Mark

OS Error 10061 can be caused by:

1. mNotes not running on the machine you are connecting to
2. IP address in the connection record on the PDA is incorrect. For
ActiveSync connections in Personal mode it should be 192.168.55.100.
When connecting to mNotes installed in Enterprise or Workgroup mode,
it should be the IP address of the machine mNotes is running on.

If none of these resolve the issue, log a support request via our
website: http://www.commontime.com/SupportRequest.htm

Best regards
