XP SP2 and "Phone Home" SW like the new TMPGEnc stuff?

Anyone running the SP-2 with any of the Phone Home SW?

The new TMPGEnc AC3 plug-in, the 3.0 XPress Encoder, (and
the MPEG Editor announced today, but no one is using yet,it I
guess) are the ones that concern me the most.

I'll search the Pegasys site for info, but for this kind of thing,
actual user results can mean a lot more.
