CS move utils?

Hello!

I've made my first attemt at a little CS movie. -showing my own FFA 1337
skillzzzz ahem

But I am looking for some editing tools that would make it possible for me
to make effekts like text titles, slowmotion, fastforward and maybe other
things.. Can anyone point me to some good (freeware) utils?
