This scanner used to work under Windows ME. I have an XP
driver from Visioneer but can't get the thing working.
For a start it's not in the pre-set 'Add scanner/camera'
list so how do I get it in there and which folder should
the driver be in?
Cheers

Download and/or install the driver from a CD. Use the
device manager to REMOVE the scanner if was previously
installed. Then install the scanner after the software has
been installed.

Visioneer should have an FAQ that will help.

Had the same problem; got a message that computer couldn't talk to Visioneer. Visioneer site KARA helper said to go to File menu and choose Visioneer as the device. It worked.
